About the event

Join Heart Resonance as they make the gorgeous journey up the East Coast of Australia, delivering sound immersions to the many nourishing yoga and wellness studio spaces along the way. 

On Wednesday 30th November from 7:15-8:15pm, we will be stopping at Forster Yoga Studio in the stunning costal town of Forster to offer a Resotrative Sound Immersion. Bathe in the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gong, coupled with other sound healing instruments, as your mind and body let go during this meditative sound experience. The instruments we play are tuned to vibrational frequencies that allow you to drop quickly into a relaxed state and each have their own unique qualities for healing potential. Treat yourself to this special moment, where you are invited to relax, set intention and let go. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to get settled in (doors will close strictly at the start of immersion). You may wish to bring a pillow, a yoga mat and some water. Blankets and bolsters are provided. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. After the sound bath, enjoy a grounding tea and group reflection (sharing is always optional).

Tickets are $40.00 per person or $35 for members. 

The Science of Sound: Sound therapy is the concept of becoming immersed in deeply relaxing sounds which, through vibrational frequency, allows the body to switch to its parasympathetic nervous system. This gives the body permission to rest and restore – something that we unfortunately have forgotten the importance of in our busy culture. Allowing the body a moment of stillness, away from the stresses of everyday life, is a deeply nourishing practice. Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, and strengthen the immune system.
