Bathe in the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gong, coupled with other sound healing instruments in this Restorative Sound Immersion with Heart Resonance. Enjoy a moment of rest and reflection, as your mind and body let go during this meditative sound experience. The instruments used by Courtney and Steve are tuned to vibrational frequencies that allow you to drop quickly into a relaxed state and each have their own unique qualities for healing potential. These beautiful sounds are an immersive, calming experience which take you on a journey inwards, to reconnect with your intuition and release anything which no longer serves you. After the sound bath, enjoy a grounding tea and group reflection (sharing is always optional).
