About the event

Join Courtney and Steve for a luxurious 1.5-hour experience that blends the slow, meditative practice of yin yoga with the deeply restorative power of live music and sound healing.

Courtney will guide you through gentle, supported yin postures designed to release deep layers of tension in the muscles and fascia, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.

During these poses, Steve will create an immersive soundscape using live instruments including guitar and vocals, the handpan, and the gong. These soothing sounds help the mind to settle and the body to relax more fully into each pose.

To further enhance your sense of ease, Courtney will offer gentle, massage-style adjustments throughout the class (optional) to help you soften and surrender even more deeply.

The session will conclude with a blissful sound bath in shavasana, where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, helping to balance your energy, quiet mental chatter,…

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, the Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples of the Gold Coast, and pay our deepest respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. We honour the wisdom and practices of the First Nations peoples, whose connection to land, water, and spirit has been sustained for millennia.

We also express our gratitude to the traditional healing lineages from which our work is inspired. With reverence, we integrate these teachings into our sound healing and wellness practices, always with the intention of honouring the depth, sacredness, and integrity of these traditions.
